After 20C, Payroll tab is missing from Home Page
After 20C upgrade, the Payroll Tab on Home Page is missing and we are no longer able to access Payroll Calculation, Payment Distribution, Checklist etc.
How can this be fixed?
Solution :
If you have migrated to Responsive UI for Payroll, the Payroll tab from My Home Page will no longer be available.
Responsive UI pages for Payroll are available under My Client Groups >> click on Show More in the left pane at the bottom.
However, if you want to see the Payroll tab on My Home Page, you can set the profile "PAY_PAYROLL_ADMIN_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED" as "N" ( Classic )
Navigation :
Go to -> Setup and Maintenance Query the below task
Task : Manage Administrator Profile Values
Profile Option Code : PAY_PAYROLL_ADMIN_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
Change the Value as mentioned above.
